Gift Certificate: New Members (3 dogs) January-December 2024

This is for that dog owner that is not currently a member of Jake and Cooper's Bark Park. Included is the gift membership covering up to 3 dogs (in the same household) until December 31, 2024 and a key card to access the park. Gift Certificate will be emailed to you to print at home or email to your recipient. (It will get emailed to your PayPal email account). Recipient will still need to fill out the online application to Jake and Cooper's Bark Park and submit their veterinary records before membership will be approved/active.
